About Us
This blog originated after the birth of our second child, Peyton when Daddy went from a working professional to the primary stay-at-home parent to our children. It was called “Confessions of a Gay Stay-at-home Daddy.” It followed Daddy through challenges with our children like ADHD, teething, and starting school. But also lots of fun times like birthday parties, special outings and vacation trips, and much more.
In February of 2012, Daddy returned to the working world part-time after Peyton turned 19 months old. On April 11, 2012, Daddy asked for Dad’s help with the blog and they both decided to change the format of the blog including its appearance, theme, and title to “Dad Loves Daddy.”
The focus of the blog is now about life for two dads raising two children while balancing work, family, and life in general. We hope you enjoy our blog, share your thoughts with us, and tell your friends about us!
